Allow user to send multiple SMS to recipient

Standard bulk – multiple recipient with one standard message.

Customised bulk – multiple recipient with multiple message (up to 5 different variable in message)

Users can upload up to a maximum of 10,000 phone numbers per file. Users can create up to a maximum 5 files per send folder. And users can create as many folders as required.

Recipients can reply the SMS messages sent.

For bulk messages due to the big volume, the messages will enter into a queue in the delivery system and a slight delay is anticipated.

Message delivery status can be viewed through the portal.

A special reporting sites will be provided if there is a a sizeable number of messages sent. This will be on special request.
