Make sure all data is clean with no invalid number or character. Invalid character or number will not be delivered.

Data must be uploaded using the CSV format. It is recommended to do this by first copying the original data from excel to notepad, hence eliminating unrecognisable characters before converting it to the CSV format.

It is recommended to include your number into the last data as this can indicate whether the messages had been delivered.

It is recommended that the bulk SMS can broken up into groups of 10,000 numbers although the system can handle larger group of number in one bulk sending cycle or files.
